    A place where agreed-upon standards or guides for construction are known and followed.

    A place where children, school and education are priorities.

    A place with a community house.

    A place where residents feel a strong investment in and commitment to the total community.

    A place where diversity of viewpoint, background and lifestyle are encouraged.
