Here's what our Dues cover...
- Our dues cover utilities (water & sewer, natural gas, electricity, garbage pickup, community phone).
- We qualify for a commercial rate on electricity and natural gas by sharing just one meter for each service. This keeps rates lower than individual residences.
- Dues also include (common property) insurance, legal and professional accounting.
- Money is being set aside in our Reserve Fund for future repairs and replacements. We don't like special assessments so we take great pains to avoid them. We practice pay-as-you-go.
- We provide budgets for all our Teams, including the Children's Team, Common House Team (including upkeep), Community Development and Landscaping.
- At Trillium our Dues are a great value!
